| Root Barrier installed to deflect tree roots away from the drive |
With our job in Kenfield underway and a driveway required alongside some established trees we were very conscious that root growth could cause issues for the new driveway.
For this reason, it is our practice to install a 'root barrier' between the tree roots and the area planned for the drive.
The barrier is a minimum of one metre deep and acts to re-direct tree root growth downwards rather than outwards where it could, in future, cause problems.
